Denise is very excited that you have chosen her to optimise your recovery. Treatment will begin on your very first appointment after a thorough assessment.
You will have Denise’s full attention throughout your session as there are no other staff or patients to interrupt your time.
Whether at her Belrose practice or in the city clinic, Denise has 1:1 sessions for ¾ hour .
No, you can book and attend your appointment without needing to see another medical professional. However, if you are claiming through workers compensation / CPT / medicare you will need a doctors referral in order to claim the treatment cost.
Yes, bring your health insurance card (or a digital copy) and this will be used to directly pay for some of your treatment cost. There will most likely be a gap payment for you to settle, depending on your level of cover, for which we accept cash or card payments.
Some people with chronic health conditions are eligible for five treatments covered under medicare. Talk to your GP about whether you qualify for this. Eligible patients will be required to bring a physical copy of the EPC (referral). Denise does not usually bulk bill medicare referrals.
Please bring any doctors letters relevant to your injury or condition, as well as your medicare or private health fund card.
Treatments are 45 minute sessions, but please allow 60 minutes for payment and organising your next appointment.
There is plenty of parking outside the front of the clinic.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring / wear shorts if coming for treatment of a back / lower limb injury.
